Welcome to the Dawn Aiken NP mobile application (“App”). This app is operated by Flourish Idaho Functional Medicine, LLC, doing business as Dawn Aiken NP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

This App is intended for individuals aged 18 and over who reside in the United States. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

To access the content and community features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Program Access & Purchases

The App provides access to:

- Courses and programs you have purchased.

- The private community for active clients.

- The ability to purchase additional courses, 1:1 consultations, or a monthly subscription to the “Rebels” group

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for the selected service.

4. Subscription Terms (The Rebels Group)

If you subscribe to “The Rebels” monthly membership:

- You will be billed monthly until you cancel.

- You can cancel at any time within the App or by contacting support.

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing for a particular program.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect your name and email address to:

- Grant access to purchased programs.

- Manage your client account.

- Subscribe you to our email list for important updates and offerings

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy that is listed below on this same page] for more details.

7. Community Guidelines

When participating in the community, you agree to:

- Respect other users.

- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or spam.

- Keep all shared content confidential to protect privacy

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including courses, videos, text, and community resources, is the intellectual property of Dawn Aiken NP (trade name Flourish Idaho FM), LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer

This App provides educational and wellness content and does not constitute medical advice or treatment.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, its content, or any purchases made through it.
